What is the difference between first and standard class - Eurostar?

What is the difference, aside from price, between first class and standard class on the London to Paris Eurostar?

This past July, we took the EuroStar from Paris to Dover. We opted for 1st class. The seats in 1st were nicer, more comfortable, the aisles wider, the meal nicer, and 1st class had less passengers than 2nd class. That said, our senior fare was the same price as 2nd class and 2nd class didn't offer a senior fare. If there is a vast difference between 1st and 2nd, 2nd will get you to the same place, at the same time.

First class seats are bigger and have more space. First class passengers get an airline-style meal. Second class seats are quite comfortable. For refreshments in second class, you have to go to the bar, which offers instant coffee and other drinks, as well as a few snacks.

And.... you get free booze in first class! The food is really quite nice - I would definitely go first class if the price difference isn't too outrageous.
