What Is "Best" credit Card for Spain/Morocco ATM's

Which of the large credit card issuers is the most cost effective and reliable for ATM usage in Spain and Morocco? What specific issues should I investigate when deciding which card to take?

VISA or MC --- doesn't make much different. If asking about issuer -- Bank One is probably you best bet at the moment.

PS -- forgot -- most important question. What is the currency conversion fee?

NONE!!!

Do not use a credit card to get cash at an ATM!!

Use a bank ATM card linked to your checking account. If you use a credit card at an ATM you are making a cash advance, and will pay high interest from the moment the cash hits your hand.

I used a Bank of America check card for both ATM and purchases. And also a Chase MC for just purchases no csh advances on the MC. Everytime I used the ATM though I was hit with a 5$ fee for non BofA terminal plus, the fee from the ATM I did use 1.50-2.50 plus the conversion fee. So next time I'll withdraw more cash each time or just use my CC more than getting cash.
