Jor, now you are a bit unfair.
Maldives etc can wait. There always is sun there.
So if you want excitement and unpreditables, go Norway.
Like these days. Marvellous bright. No one could ever expect that....
Late November, come rain or shine, the plutoniomized cod, Lutefisk, will be ready to give you a thrill.
The Maldives can wait....

Bjorn
Bjorn: GADS!!!!! Just hate to know I am going to miss that Lutefisk.
Wanted fun, excitement, thrills, but not really the rain.
Instead of a restless vacation, I think we will do a restful one instead, that wonderful "plutonimized cod" will have to wait.
|
Ok, Jor
The choice is yours
We will start the Lutefik seaon tomorrow at 6.
Any e-mail after that hour will be plutonium-virused.
Still I think a Norway stay should be considered, especially if you can prolonge for some months.
Welcome, welcome to Norway
B, Oslo

The weather where we live is quite similar to that on the West coast of Ireland. Here it has been unseasonally warm for the last three weeks or so.On Thursday it hit 20 degrees. Will it last ?Unlikely.
I would agree with Elina and head South in Winter.
One thing you don't want to do is to find yourself disillusioned with Scandinavia because you hit bad weather.
In my opinion Scandinavia is somewhere you return time and time again.....
Elina-are you the Elina I met in Finland this Summer who was looking for a warm holiday in the Winter? Glad you've found somewhere-enjoy Cuba!

trying to follow along, but who is going to Cuba, and from where?
