The Invaders mosaics I know well, but the origin of these (image below) has eluded me. Thanks

There are also the little diamonds.

Frankly, I have not investigated them, but obviously there are competing artists. My own building has a heart, a diamond and a space invader, so I suppose that I am blessed. Or else I live at a very visible intersection.

You people make me work! It took about 20 different Google formulations to find out about this artist. Here is the website:

https://a2-streetart.com/

Anyway, at least I saw my building on the website for the 18th arrondissement.

I found out about the diamonds much more quickly since the artist is called "le diamantaire."

huh, I didn't think it was street art as it's not edgy enough, it's really trite. It looked like something the tourist info office or ATOUT came up with, I figured it marked a TI office or a hopon/off bus stop.

Yes, I find both the heart and the diamond ugly. I suppose that if they reach critical mass some day... about 100,000 of them covering the city, they could become iconic.

Ah, kerouac, if anyone could solve a Parisian mystery, I'm not surprised it's you. My Google patience gave out after about a half dozen tries of both text and images - and your perseverance was rewarded. Thanks again.

I thought I had one of those ugly diamonds on my building along with the invader and the anarchist heart, but I just realized that the third one is another one of the other useless symbols -- the blobby creature (octopus? ghost?).
