I am new to this site. What does topping mean? Sorry to bother you with a stupid question. Thanks

From what I've seen, I think that people just make a post to bring the topic back to the top of the threads and keep them fresh.

That is fine to be new and ask questions.But before you ask,you might try typing a word like "topping" into the text search box and there you will find all the previous threads on that subject..if you are interested in Paris, just type Paris in..it is great,and keeps people from having to answer the same question on a daily basis.Just trying to help.

topper, you're not trying to help, you're just being an ass. It took you more time to post your reply than Statia took answering the question. You decided to post so that you could seem like some kind of know-it-all authority. Statia gladly posted to help someone out. But really, thanks for your "help"

tool, I am sorry you took this reply,intended for someone else other than yourself,as being mean or as if I thought I was an authority .It was not meant that way at all.The poster says "sorry to bother with a stupid question", so I was trying to tell them more than just a simple "what is topping" answer.<BR>To the newbie-this is called "bashing"..when someone goes after someone replying to your post rather than answering your question.<BR>Go lurk somewhere else now, tool~

New to site,<BR>Thanks for asking the question. I wondered too! Topper- I got the gist of your message, but to be honest, I didn't even think of doing the search on Topping...I use it ALL of the time for Paris etc.<BR>Cheers,<BR>Jan
