What do buy in Greece or Turkey that you can't get here or is a deal?

My favorite purchases from Turkey were ceramics. We bought tons - a pitcher, plates, mugs, and bowls of various sizes. We bought several very small bowls and use them for dipping sauces at parties. We also bought some beautiful tiles that we had made into a table.
I also loved the textiles - rugs, shawls, blankets, etc. And at one shop in the Grand Bazaar I bought 2 beautiful bags (1 small purse, 1 larger tote) made of kilim (like the carpets).

Our bathmats in the hotel had the outline of feet on them. They were amusing and great gift for kids. Not easy to find, but we did find a bath and linen store in the Grand Bazaar that found them for us.
