If your Londoners like spice give them a couple cans of chipoltes in adobo sauce. They usually come in small cans - easy transport for you - and they pack big flavor. It's a bit more mexican than texan but......

What is wrong with PACE??!!

The Alamo will fly a Texas flag over the Alamo for you and then send you the flag with a certificate in your name for the date it officially flew in your honor. You don't get much more Texan than that. I just received one as a gift. Call the Alamo and set it up! They can do one for anyone you designate. Would look great flying in London. Costs around $40.00.

My friends in Essex absolutely loved the papel picado banner I brought and her students did as well. Onyx books ends were a hit and a small pinata. Two of those were light weight. Not strictly Texan, but Mexican cultures are intriguing to many Europeans and seem more "foreign" to many Americans that European items.
