Copperand Jade, I've just finished reading this book on Kindle. I was very impressed and I appreciate it probably took a great deal of honesty about the author's own eating habits. Certainly made me rethink our own habits, although I must say our daycare has led the way with a lot of healthy eating at mealtimes - and kids there also receive a lot of education about good habits, so some of the battle has already been won. Still, I will take inspiration from this book - I recommend it highly!
