Yogurt with honey/walnuts or with the dark cherry spoon sweets and walnuts; grilled fish with yogurt and parsley; grilled chicken w/fresh lemon sauce; stuffed cabbage; cheese pies made with 4 cheeses; the almond shortbread cookies; all the nuts especially pistachios and almonds and the endless array of mezes (tzatziki; tarmosalata, etc). The local wines are really excellent. I drank roses instead of white wine and as an above poster says, the wines have improved and are being marketed in the US now.
