Cascais is a lovely oceanside town with beautiful beach, stunning open ocean views (visit Boca do Inferno), very good seafood restaurants, cosy cafes, nice boutiques. Very relaxing and refreshing contrast with busy Lisbon. |
Add 2 more nights to Lisbon. And then perhaps 2 nights in Cascais.

That's what I was thinking or just do a day trip there.

Day trip to Sintra - 4 nights in Lisbon - maybe day trip to Cascais - then take train to Porto for 3 nights and fly home from there or take few-hour train trip back to Lisbon. for lots on trains check pc.pt - www.seat61.com; BETS-European Rail Experts and www.ricksteves.com. Certainly need more than 2 nights in Lisbon
