What about this Rome apt?

Thanks to the help of people on this board, I tried sleepinitaly.com and, after missing out on my first couple of choices, I am now trying to get this one: http://sleepinitaly.com/files/apt_giuliaB.html
We are two couples and a fifth wheel. Anyone know this place? Or have thoughts on it generally?

Have you looked whether there is a review at www.slowtrav.com?

The location is wonderful, and if you are all young and energetic, it should work: It's on the fifth (i.e., American sixth) floor with no elevator.

Not familiar with the apt itself, but the location is about as gorgeous and convenient as it gets. Just walking down that street filled with beautiful 15th century buildings is a treat in itself.

You're going to love the neighborhood.

Agree with bardo and Eloise about the location: it's perfect. I'm young-ish and very energetic and wouldn't have any problem with those stairs; I'd look at it as another way to cram more gelato and wine down my throat.

If it works for those in your party, go for it.

Yeah, the stairs don't bother us. I checked slowtrav but didn't see a review of this specific place. I found an old thread here about another apartment that I think is in the same building that was pretty negative (small, mold on the walls, no hot water), so I got a little nervous.
