Fantaman, when we were there in May, they had the regular visiting hours per their website (which is still showing to be valid):

HOURS OF OPENING FOR VISITORS

Monday - Friday 0900 - 1645 (Last admission 1545)
Saturdays 0900 - 1445 (Last admission 1345)
Sundays Worship only – no tourist visiting service times

It is important remember that both Westminster Abbey and St Pauls can close at any time. There are frequent memorial services and other special events.

The normal opening hours are as bettyk says - but don't ever leave only one "must" day for Westminster Abbey because it might not be open that day.

Janis, you are right. We found ourselves at Westminster Abbey one afternoon and noted that the opening time for the next day, when we actually planned to visit, was changed to 12:45 PM instead of 9:45 AM due to some special service. We changed our plans accordingly.

All times are GMT -8. The time now is 03:49 PM.
