Wengen or Paris this weekend! Leaving tomorrow!
 

Hello! I had a trip planned to Majorca this weekend but my boyfriend and I decided at the last minute to not go. Now, we are trying to decide if we will visit Paris or Wengen in Switzerland for the weekend-- leaving tomorrow! We have hotels in both places and both are only about 4 hours from our house. But, we just can't simply decide. I have been to Paris several times, as has he. But, we love it...Re Wengen, it will be the first time for both. The weather? About the same...If you had to choose right now, what would it be??

Really? And we are staying at the Hotel Bernerhof because it was hard to find availability the night before that wasn't only a 1000CHF suite. I dont know about it. But do you think that matters, or is the place beautiful enough in and of itself? I know this might be a ridiculous question but it is part of my equation.

Wengen. I was in Paris and Wengen a few weeks ago. Nature makes far more beautiful things than man. Wengen was absolutely stunning. I don't know about your hotel, but I doubt you'll be spending much time there anyway...

Go to Hotel Caprice for dinner. It is wondeful. Lots of hikes to do if interested

If Wengen *and* Paris were only 4 hours from MY house, I would go to Wengen this weekend and Paris next weekend. (and repeat as necessary). :)
