Hi, I don't have an answer to your question but maybe reposting this with the title reading something like "Renting Paris Apt. through Welcome2France Q" might get a better response. Maybe people here don't understand the title of the thread? I didn't and just clicked it on out of curiosity. Sure hope someone can answer your question.

To Geordies,
Yes, I did book with Welcome2France, and we leave on June 22. The apartment, the location, and the price all fulfill my heart's desire, so ... I did it. It's looking just fine so far, but I'll report back when we return – mid-July.

Had a TERRIBLE experience trying to rent with this company. Reserved a 6 bedroom apartment in Paris, paid a $7000 deposit. Then received an email from Welcome2France that the apartment was being sold and we wouldn't be able to stay in it. They offered to find us a new apartment--which was nowhere close to what we had originally booked, and we ended up just demanding a refund.
They refunded our money, but not in full. We lost a ton of money because of reported differences in exchange rate.
I'd recommend avoiding this company, unless you want to lose money and be provided with no actual service.
Terrible, terrible, terrible.
