Can anyone recommend sites to find information about weather in Europe? I'll be in Croatia and Venice in September & October and would like to be able to check what the weather will be like. Thanks!

Any guidebook will give average temperatures and rainfall/sunshine for Croatia and Venice. No website is going to predict what it is going to be like in 3 or 4 months time. Exactly one year ago the UK was baking in record temperatures of over 33 degrees C. Last week we had very strong winds, heavy rain and autumnal temperatures of under 15 degrees. No website or guidebook could account for weird weather patterns.
Generally, the weather in early autumn in Italy and Croatia would still be pleasant.

Thanks, ecat, Marcy, and SandyBrit. I had some good weather sites bookmarked, but then my computer crashed and I lost them all. I like to be able to look at temperature and rainfall averages before I go. Thanks too for not stating the obvious. Rachel.
