Weather in Malta in September

Hi,

Is mid-September still beach weather in Malta?

I take it, it will be less crowded than summer months since kids get back to school. Do you think it is a good place for a beach vacation is September?

Thnks

weather is unpredictable. Not even the weather average website charts can give you an accurate answer.

Of course weather statistics can be useful -- and you can find climate data on timeanddate.com, wunderground.com, or any decent guidebook.

Hi I live on the island ! You have nothing to worry about in Spetember it is still very warm in Malta.

We have blue lagoon which is the best spot and even some rocky ones too.

Malta isn't a beach destination.

You are pretty much restricted to Mellieha Beach and Golden Bay, both in the north of the Island

Unless you hire a car [don't use Gold Car] then to get to either you'll have to get a bus. Although Malta is very small [17 miles x 10 miles], bus travel can be painfully slow as the whole place is creaking under the number of vehicles and resultant road works, and construction work.

Not the place it used to be, I call it Crane Island, because everywhere you look there are cranes [not the boney birds, but the mega construction variety.
