Weather in late November

I am currently in the Valais region of Switzerland (for the next 10 days). I will be travelling by here again at the end of November and would like to stay for another week. My rental is around 4500 feet, but below most ski resorts (I am just below Riederalp).
What is the weather like? I expect cold and foggy, but is there snow? While I have no problem driving in the snow on highways or in town, the thought of driving up the single lane road to town scares the willies out of me (esp. when there are no guardrails in places where there should be one).

Thanks.

Impossible to predict this early. Reliable weather forecasts are impossible for more than a couple of days in advance.

You can have:
- snow
- rain and wind
- fog
- warm and sunny skies (happened last year and two years ago) If you get lucky, you might even be able to go hiking with light clothes only.

If you are driving, I'd recommend renting a four wheel drive.

You can get historical weather averages here www.weatherbase.com But they are just averages.

The biggest problem is the sunrise is later and the sunset is earlier, making a short day. I really don't like driving in the dark in an area I am not familar with.

I have a dear friend living in the area. I think your question is impossible to answer. Sure snow, rain or ice are a possibility, so is clear weather end Nov. That region has wacky weather, even in the summertime.
