www.wunderground.com will give you weather probabilities for the future based on averages from the past
for what it's worth
better to check the forecasts before you leave

Try http://www.intellicast.com. They have ten-day forecasts but obviously reliability isn't too good after five days...

The forecast is for increasing daylight hours with shorter nights, until about the third week of June - - and then a reversing trend.
Some rain. No snow in any of the maritime areas.
There will definitely be sunny days.
Best wishes,
Rex

Wait a few more weeks and see if any trends develop. The heat wave of the summer of 2003 started fairly early and just kept on. Last summer was much more variable (and cooler overall, thankfully, but also wetter). I vaguely remember the newcasters in Belgium last summer saying it had been one of the wettest Augusts on record. It's still too early to see if anything beyond the norm is set for this summer.
However, I can tell you that in Belgium, don't be surprised to see variations in the weather on a daily basis. It's not surprising to see a little rain early in the morning, then some sun, then an early afternoon shower (sometimes heavy), then a big burst of sunshine and then maybe a thunderstorm. For summers in Belgium, you should keep your umbrella AND sunglasses handy.

I didn't see the revised posting of the question. I recommend www.weatherbase.com and www.worldclimate.com
