Weather for smaller towns (Tuscany /Umbria)

We are going to Tuscany and Umbria the last 2 weeks of October. Our bases are Montefalco and Greve.
I'm having trouble finding weather info since the towns are small. I can find historical weather for Florence though.

Any ideas how (if) the weather will differ from Florence where we are?
Or any experience on what the weather is like?

100 Km won't make much difference. More so altitude and countryside vs city. Probably a couple of degrees cooler in the countryside

Try this website:
http://www.panorama.it/home/meteo/index.html

At the bottom of the screen is a box that says Nome della localita - fill this in with the towns name and hit the trova button. It is all in Italian but it gives you the weather for the next four days.

Montefalco sits above the Umbrian plain and can be breezier and cooler (and less foggy in the mornings). The more dramatic temperature difference will come if you make a trip to the Piano Grande, which I encourage you to do.

The closer you get to the coast, the more moderate the temperatures will be.
