Current Temp in the mid 70s. Sky is blue, not a cloud and the sun is shining!!

We can be quite lucky in September as we usually get was is known as an Indian Summer. Normally very pleasant. Only consideration though is that the west coast is prone to speedy changes in weather as it is the Atlantic coast.
