We honestly can't tell you what the weather will be like in UK.
A recurring question on many travel boards is what the weather will be like at the time of year a traveller is likely to be visiting. For the UK that's never an easy answer. This BBC article explains why doing so is fraught with difficulty and not just us Britons being cagey.

No-one would normally suggest early October as a good time to visit Britain, but in fact the past two weeks have been ideal. Sunny days, warm evenings, and little rain. Not hot, but good weather for strolling about without a coat, and nowhere too busy.

Course we can tell you.
It may rain.
Pretty obvious that it is impossible to generalise about the weather anywhere outside extreme geographic locations. It isn't going to be wet for two weeks in Dubai during July. It probably will not be 35oC in Vancouver in January but after that.....
The UK is not an extreme climatic location just very average.
We had two cool weeks in Sardinia last July 2012.
Expected 32oC.
We got 22oC.
Too cold to sit out at night.
You can't generalise.
It may rain.

I never understand those weather questions - unless someone is from a totally different part of the world.
Some of the answers are obvious - in midwinter you will have cold and snow in Switzerland. As you will in much of the northern US.
In summer most of Spain and Italy will be hot as hell.
But for much of the world and much of the year all you can provide are seasonal averages - until a couple of days in advance.
I really don't understand those people who ask about rain. Unless you're in a desert - it rains. And if you are traveling for any more than a couple of days it is likely to rain at some time. If you are not camping or planning on sitting on a beach - what difference does it make?
