So English is fine?

English speaking guides are easy to find, for example:

https://agusinfo.com/

and I am sure they know how to hail a taxi.

Thank you for quick response.

No, because my Dad don't speak english. We need a man who spend with my Dad 3, 4 days, necessary is Swedish, Danish, and I need a invoice for this service.

Found this:

Also this one:

I don't think this is a company I would trust, I suspect the reviews are bogus.

What context is this needed? Business or travel? That may impact the services and suggestions provided.

Have you looked at your country's consular affairs in Poland for resources? Have you searched Google? I saw that there is a community of Swedish expats that might be able to offer suggestions. Beyond travel guides, most of us here probably cannot suggest what your father might be needing.

If for travel, there may be a tour company based on your home area that offers tours/transport.

if nothing else, have you looked into translation apps for him to use on his phone? Worst comes to worst, old style phrase books so he can at least communicate basic needs to hail a taxi, fares, etc.

The taxi rec sounds good.

Why don't you try to call the Swedish or Danish embassies in Warsaw, they might know someone.
