Can anyone recommend an provider I can book an on-line airport transfer with in Warsaw?

Unless you have special needs (LOTS of luggage, more than 3 people traveling), I would recommend a regular taxi. I found them very reliable and inexpensive for going from the airport into Warsaw.

Thanks - I had just heard that as tourists we might be prone to getting a taxi that overcharges or something ... we will also be arriving late at night so interested to know that someone will be waiting for us. Happy to take a taxi from the rank if its reliable though.

The only thing you should avoid are non-registered taxis or people offering you a cheap ride.
You will find an official taxi rank at the airport with recommended/ registered taxi companies like Merc Taxi, MPT Radio Taxi, Sawa Taxi.
