Warmest place in April

Does anybody know where the warmest place in Europe to be in April (14-25) is? I'm in Italy and pretty much flying anywhere is easy, but I need, need, NEED, to be warm.

Either head out to Greece or Costa del Sol/Cadiz in Spain.

Yeah I was considering Greece or Spain, I'm just so sick of the cold

How warm are you needing to be? We have been in Costa del Sol in late April and some days the highs were in the 60's, while others were 80 - so there's no guarantee it will all be beach/swimming weather - anywhere in europe.

What about Sicily in April? I am considering a trip their in 2007.

Violet - If you need warmth, somewhere like Tenerife would probably be your best bet.

Does it have to be Europe?
Why not Luxor? The Red Sea? Or somewhere else in north Africa ...

My dad doesn't want me to go to Egypt because of Palestinian conflict, and I don't know how he'd feel about Africa. I'm really just looking for warmth and cheap flights. But Greece all the American students are going to go and I don't want to do that...

Malta, or even better, Gozo.
