War ?!?
For a week now a total numpty has been posting these
http://www.fodors.com/community/euro...6-jan-2012.cfm On our website. I am sure our editors are trying to stop it but.... I am not sure how many of us there are at any one time, does any one fancy a war. Try and attack their website. |
I wouldn't even mind but the matches they advertise are all crap.
|
I've been tagging him/it.
Others have said that clicking on the site might lead to maleware. Now if we had a web guru here who knew how to create denial of service... |
Hello, DickieG, the best thing to do is click on the spammers profile and click on the triangle on the profile and send the info to Fodor's. That is what I do and usually the spammer is eliminated fairly quickly although the seem to keep coming back registered under different names.

I think that is exactly the problem. They keep re-registering with new logins. Insane, that this is a US based website and they are advertising Europe matches. It isn't even good marketing. |
I think the spammers get paid my how many people click on their links, so they would love your "war"!
|
Dickie...Fodor's is german-owned. Maybe they are plotting :)
|
I went into the blog site using a secure computer. It is a link to the Sky TV people. I contacted them to see if this was some weirdo salesperson. Haven't heard back.

Rupert is going crazy?
|
Well the fact that it is a Murdoch enterprise comes of no surprise.
Not satisfied with hacking into peoples phones, they now employ people to wreck other businesses websites. Michel Germans never plot they just "do"... very efficiently. |
I think that you'll find that the numpty is a spambot...
|
Dickie,
Ja. Next...Euro 2012. |
You could actually be right.
You will beat Spain in the final. You could actually also watch it on Sky. |
