Walking Tours in Rome

Looking for recommendations for all day walking tour of Rome. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We would like to see most if not all of the sites and love walking the cities to immerse ourselves in the culture. Much prefer small groups led by locals and not big tourist outfits. We would also like to do a tour of the Vatican/Sistine Chapel on another day. We only have 3 days in Rome and this is the first time my kids have been to Rome.

Thank you.

Here's a suggestion out of left field: Go to Studio Cassio in the Monti neighborhood and do a two-hour mosaic class. Before or after a really nice lunch at one of the restaurants on that street.

Have you looked at Through Eternity's website? They offer awesome tours of Rome. Have fun!

Definitely do an early tour of the Vatican with a tour group, it's the best way. For the rest, go on your own. The subways are easy to use to get around. I love, love Rome.
