Kleroux, thank you for your assessment from the landlord side of things. I appreciate your input!

I am actually looking for a rental for wine country for next summer and I've been looking at Healdsburg. I wonder if your place would be a fit for our group? If you don't mind, perhaps you could message me at ethiopiaonmymind (at) gmail dot com.

Anyway the new apartment looks comfortable, the stairs arrangement to the lower level would make me very nervous with three preschoolers but that's just my threshold.... Have fun!
