I've narrowed down my choices, but I'm still undecided between Cavolo Nero and La Giostra. Which would YOU choose for New Year's Eve.

Ok just to confuse things further, I can also have an 8 course meal with prosecco on the piazza della signoria at midnight if I have dinner at the restaurant of the Frescobaldi Wine Bar. Any votes?

I live above the Cavolo Nero -- nice area, not terribly touristic, but not terribly scenic either. The Frescobaldi Wine Bar is really well known, in a great area, with lots of activity. Go for the Wine Bar.
