I must admit that the French national socceer team seems to be doing better than that rag-tag, bickering bunch of complainers that the US of A sent over to represent us.

I wonder what Mr. Rooney has to say for himself now that England has made an exit?
Anybody besides me think he cost England the game?

I nicknamed Rooney "The Thug" from the start,but lately felt that I should stop calling him that as he seemed to be playing a cleaner game (maturing maybe)
However after last nights disgraceful performance - he IS a thug!

There are pictures in the papers today of Ronaldo winking when Rooney is sent off.
