I was wondering about that myself. I very well remember the mention that in case of storms, the sewers would be closed. I don't know if that is still the case, since I didn't see anything that said that this time.

(However, I have not read my sewer visit brochure yet -- maybe the information is in there.)

topping this great info and photo shoot - Sewers not on most folks Paree agenda but with the museum pass (I think it's free) you could easily pop into them- not literally- when visiting say the nearby Eiffel Tower.

We are visiting Paris in early April with our two young twenty something kids. A sewer tour might be just the thing.

I never had knowledge of this. Actually, it doesn't look so bad, except all of that spider web. I might put this on my list for the trip to France later in the summer.
