VisitBritainDirect Travelcards

We ordered Zone 1 & 2 London Travelcards from this company for our upcoming trip. Will we be able to use them to get from Heathrow into London? Will we be able to get the 2 for 1 offers with them?

No. Heathrow is in Zone 6.
Iff they bear the logo of National Rail, yes.

It's an Oyster - right? Did you pay £12? If so, you only have £10 use on it since part of the £12 is an "activation fee". It does not have the National Rail logo so it is not usable for the 2 for 1's.

You can top it up at LHR (which you'll have to do eventually anyway since £10 only gets you a couple of days travel . . .

It's a seven day Travelcard

but - is it an Oyster? ( A travel card can be loaded on an oyster )

Why not give us a link to the actual product so we'll know what you have.

Thanks for your help!

It's a paper Travelcard (1, 3, or 7 days is the key). See my second answer at 10:50 last night.

Robes: how can you tell? The sight doesn't give a photo. If it's a paper travelcard, that does not mean it will have a national rail logo on it, does it?
