Visit to Torino - need help

My family will be traveling to Torino as a 2 night stopover on the way to Paris for our final flight home. We are traveling by train from the Cinque Terre. I would like some advice on hotels and trains. 2-3 * hotels are fine for us and just wondering if any of you have experience on train travel from Torino to Paris?
Thank you!

I have no advice on trains but last week we stayed in the Hotel Chelsea right in the center of town. The hotel was nice, a good value and just one block off of Piazza Castello.

Last summer we went to Bardonecchia (which is on the French border) from Varenna and then from Bardonecchia to Manarola.

The trains were easy. I believe that Torino is on the main tain line to Paris. I just ran a quick search on trenitalia.com and it looks to me like it will take about 4.5 hours to get from the CT to Torino with a connection in La Spezia and you go direct from Torino to Paris in about 5.5 hours.

I am not sure what you are asking but I am pretty sure we were on the main train from Milan that goes to Paris and stops in Torino - it was a nice high speed eurostar.

Have a fun trip.

I believe that there are at leat 2 trains a day from Turin to Paris, a morning and an late afternoon one which gets to Paris about 11 pm. Check www.trenitalia.com go to English and International travel. Trains to Paris leave from Porta Susa train station, abut 5 minutes by taxifrom the main Porta Nouvo station, or there is a train connection.

I stayed at this B&B last year for 5 nights:

It's very charming and right in the middle of the Quadrilatero Romano.
