Visas

Hi,

I am a 31yr old Australian looking to apply for a working visa to Europe ( no where in particular ) or the US, can anyone tell me what the requirements might be or if i am even able to??

Though your age is against it, as most (all?) working holiday schemes have an upper limit of 30.
Without WH visa, you are down to applying for a proper work visa, which is usually only issued to highly-skilled people in shortage occupations (which vary between countries). It's often not too difficult to get a visa outside Western Europe and US/Canada (such as for teaching English). Otherwise your best bet is if you are in work and your employer can transfer you to their operations overseas.
