Assuming you hold an American passport you do not need a visa (not Visa) for Portugal or anywhere in western europe as long as you're a tourist staying for a limited period of time.

There are many places in eastern europe you will need a visa even as a tourist - Russia etc. - and you will need to check with their government web sites for the details.

Depends on which passport you have.

If you are a US citizen, you can use this site for information on which countries require visas: http://travel.state.gov/passport_services.html

Hope that helps!

I think it's actually called "EuroDisney," not "Euroland," and I think Visas are accepted everywhere MasterCard isn't...or is it the other way around...or is it American Express?

:p
