visa requirements

Do we need visas to visit eastern Europe, ie, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Bosnia? If so, do we get them in the US or is it quicker/easier to get them at an embassy in Europe?

None required for Hungary or Romania.

We just got back from Czech R., Hungary and Germany...no visa required. I don't know about the other countries... they must have a tourist office in NYC if no where else. Try to google it and see if you can get an answer.

I never thought about getting a Visa. Do you need more than a passport to get into the Czech Republic? We will only be there a few days.

None required also for Czech Republic, Poland and Slovenia(EU countries).

Here is a great tool to figure out visa requirements based on nationality and destination country.
