Villefranche sur mer: how hard is it to find atm bank machines?
 

We will be flying into Nice and then going to Villefrance, staying at Hotel Welcome.
Will we have any trouble finding bank atms around there? Thanks.

I've been there three times but never needed atm so did not pay attention. There should be one or two even at such small village like place. If nobody replies with a concrete info or even before that, the best and obvious thing you could do is to ask your hotel. I hear they are fairly helpful.

Probably there is one at the dock of the cruise ships. I've been to the flea market there many times, but I always have cash with me from the ATM at Nice.

We stayed in Villefranche-sur-mer two years ago and there was an ATM right near our apartment on the main road which goes into Nice. There were other ATMs around in various places, but I don't have specific addresses for you. There should be some near the location of your hotel so I don't think you will have a problem. Our bank was also helpful with telling us locations of ATMs in several places we have visited in Europe.

We stayed in Villefrance 3 years ago for several nights and were always able to find cash machines. I don't think you will have any problem.

Lucky you, Villefranche is wonderful. Have been there several times and there are many bank atm machines. Right across from your hotel, where the drop off for the cruise ship tenders are, is an atm machine. Anyone at the hotel desk can point it out to you. It is down a few steps and to the right if you are leaving the Hotel Welcome. Have a wonderful time in Villefranche!
