Vienna hotel suggestions
 

We will be in Vienna in early October with our grown kids.
We thought being near St. StephansPlatz would be a good location. a good walking area.
Any hotel suggestions? up to around $250/nite w/ breakfast, quiet rooms.

we read about Kaiserin Elisabeth hotel and the Graben. and the Astoria Has anyone stayed at these hotels?

We stayed at the Hotel Austria which is very quiet [it's up a small but very well lit alley] but has everything you want, and good breakfasts. It's within the Ring so easy to walk to most sights and and near to Schwedenplatz U bahn etc. for going further. Highly recommended and should be within your budget:
