kind of - take a boat or bus to the Como boat dock and right across the street is the Como Nord train station - not part of the Trenitalia system so does not show up on many schedules bvut frequent rail links to Malpensea airport with a simple change of trains at a station where you change to the Malpensa Express, negating any reason to go into Milan itself and deal with a very fectic Milan Centrale train station.

For example Bellagio dp 12.05 - Como Nord 13.10/13.47 - Saronno 14.27/14.55 - Malpensa T1 ar 15.17
