Versailles cafes

Does anyone know of a pleasant cafe in Versailles, where we can stop for croissants and coffe/tea before heading for the chateau?

I don't know the name of the place but if you stand at the big statue of Louis 14 and go to the right and around the corner there is a cafe on the right that serves the best omelet I ever ate. It was fun watching the waiter hop from table to table.

There are many cafés and restaurants in the city surrounding the palace and grounds; just wander into some of the side streets and you'll find all manner of places to eat. Be sure to keep track of where you are or you may get lost.

baldworth & Anthony,
Thanks! Guess we'll just play it by ear and choose someplace when we get there.
