You may be able to find most of these on www.venere.it.
Alternatively, trying typing the hotel name and city into a search engine like Yahpp/Google/etc. This works quite well for me.

I can't say for sure for your choices, but many small hotels don't have individual websites, some are part of group booking websites which may or may not offer the lowest rates available
If you don't have individual websites,
faxing would be a good bet
