Venice to Sorrento by air, train or limo
Which airlines fly from Venice to Sorrento(Naples)? Are there any discount airlines? Or should I take the train? Is it possible to go by limousine or will the cost be extremely high?

Alpi Eagles fly Venice-Naples and may be your best option. Check their site for fares:
www.alpieagles.com
By train the journey time is approx 7 hrs. For details go to:
www.trenitalia.it
There is also an overnight train.
Venice-Sorrento by limo would be extremely expensive!
Hope this helps ...

Hi
If you are taking the train to Naples, you change to the Circumvesuviana line to get to Sorrento.
See http://www.vesuviana.it/orario_ol/orari.asp
You will have to change trains in Rome to get to Naples. You might want to go by way of Salerno (same change of trains) from where you can take the ferry along the coast to Sorrento or the bus to Amalfi and then the bus on the coast road to Sorrento. Either way is more scenic than the CV. trin.
