I agree with those saying your timeline for getting out of the airport and to your hotel is overly optimistic.

In addition to the #1 vaporetto ride, which would be a nice thing to do on your arrival day... I would pick 1 or 2 of the 5 other things you mention ed trying to do all on your arrival day. Of course keep dinner in the plans.

Instead of the No 1 vaporetto, take the No 2. It is a bit quicker as it makes fewer stops, and also is less crowded.
