7 years ago today, We did an evening gondola ride to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were a group of 10 so we paid about 100Euro for each gondola. It was a great evening and a lot of fun. We left from Santa Sofia about 9 PM after dinner. It is a fun thing to splurge on if you are in Venice.
Our Gondolier did a much better commentary than the gondolier on the other boat! Sang a little too!
