Venice - Cheap Fares!
 

Travelocity is alerting people to cheap airfares - sample: reagan to venice $370. Sure other cities are being featured too. Good luck.

Nice to have this alert posted, but frustrating that so many details were left out. Surely travelocity itself didn't post this, did they?<BR><BR>I am guessing that is a reference to the TWO day (only) sale on Delta - - and the fares to Europe are for November 1 and after ONLY.<BR><BR>I found a fare of $386 (base) - - taxes make it 457 - - and it originates at Washington Dulles (IAD), not Reagan (DCA) - - searching "WAS".<BR><BR>Or are you referring to something else?<BR><BR>The sale on BA is as good or better in many ways. Expires in seven more days, not two - - and has the unique perq of no-added-cost re-scheduling permitted through March 31, 2003.<BR><BR>No destinations in Italy though. But several scattered spots outside the UK that would interest me, inculding Prague and Madrid.<BR><BR>And for what it's worth, I swore I would not fly BA again soon, because of that blasted 5 kg carry-on limit!<BR><BR>Best wishes,<BR><BR>Rex<BR>
