Can anyone recommend a hotel in Venice for May of this year.

They are all booked--try 2003.

We are also going in May for the first time and I did extensive investigating . We booked the Monte Carlo a 3* near San Marco. Reasons were good location--great reviews in rants and raves in Fodor--price was right $219 AARP rate King sized bed and rooms looked good from picture and because it is a Best Western property gave a credit card to reserve but have up to 3 days before to cancel without any penalty and card is not charged. We are going pre-cruise for 3 nights. I believe there is a 2 night minimum.
