Vayama?

I found a good airfare to Italy on Vayama. Has anyone used this site or know anything about it? Thanks.

I have used Vayama twice and I am satisfied. It is very user friendly and they actually called when one of our flights got cancelled and they rebooked us and kept us appraised the whole time via e-mail. They also allow you to pick seats on certain flights. Last time we flew with vayama tickets was over Christmas.
Good Luck.

Any new word on this website? Is it an agency?

Hi: I am booked with them for September they were almost $400 cheaper than airlines site. That said be sure you check the seating plan of plane they showed in my case two seats on sides when its really three. Also so far there have been three time changes but minor ones adding up to total of about 15 min. I do get a email every two weeks telling me where fare is at current time so thats nice and they claim they will get you refund if it goes lower. So so far so good.

Thanks for the update, Joanne. I suppose the time changes are the airline's fault and not Vayama's. It's nice they give you updates. Keep us posted and I will as well.

Steve
