Vatican tickets online
 

I decided to book tickets online for Vatican Museums and Colosseum - after a little issue I was able to order and print Colosseum tickets BUT Vatican is just not working. I've tried to order the tickets using my iPad and on a desktop computer. I keep getting an error message after putting in credit card information - I called the card to make sure they aren't blocking it since I'm in the United States etc. They assure me it should work. I've tried different cards - waited a day to see if its the website.... We leave next week and want to have them in hand. Anyone else having issue or have suggestions?

Apparently certain credit cards don’t have certain security levels. I had to use a different credit card and all set. If you have issues try a different card

I just bought my tickets online today. I had to try three different credit cards before it went through.

When I booked my tickets for the Vatican museum I had no problems which could be because:
A) I picked the "right" credit card by lucky chance or
B) All my credit cards are issued from European banks or
C) I'm Catholic
I think you should try with any other cc you have until you get lucky.
