socaltraveler - my wife and I were in Arles last year and had a delightful experience at a tiny little restaurant named Delicate and Saine. Below are links to TripAdvisor's page and their Facebook page. Two sisters run it and we really enjoyed talking to them while eating their absolutely delicious HUGE cheese tray.
