Feeling terrible for those who lost loved ones in flooding, but hoping to visit.

given location, breakfast, rooms, would you recommend Only You or Cosmo as a place to stay? Sixty+ year old Americans - thanks in advance.

The location of the 5-star Only You (formerly the Ayre Astoria Palace) can't be beat, ime. If price isn't a major factor, I would choose the Only You.
The double premium rooms measure a comfortable 24 square feet.

The 3-star Cosmo is closer to the Mercat Central, just a 2-minute walk. The Attic suites there do measure 22 square feet with terrace. The standard rooms only 15 square feet.
