vaccinations

Are any vaccinations needed for travel to Italy for myself, husband and children?

No triptime. I don't think it matters where you live either. Italy is a very civilized country in Western Europe not a Third World Country.

thank you. We are coming from the US.

OK, no you do not need any special vaccinations triptime. I would suggest everyone have a tetnus shot every ten years, just in case they get a cut from something on a beach or whatever but that is true even if you were just staying in the US. Actually I read recently some medical people think a tetnus shot should be given something like every 7 years..but your doctor could advise you about that. Anyway, you do not need any special vaccinations to travel to Italy. Have a wonderful time!

Depending on where you are going in Italy, and what your preference is in food, I would consider asking your doctor about Hepatitis A which can be a problem in Southern Italy with shellfish.
